Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Velvet Bean Cafe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations can be made online or by phone. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. We reserve the right to release tables 15 minutes after the reserved time if the party has not arrived.

Orders and Payments

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept major credit cards and mobile payment methods. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers.

Code of Conduct

We strive to provide a welcoming and safe environment for all our guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask individuals to leave if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates our policies.

Limitation of Liability

Velvet Bean Cafe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
